I read an article about negotiation on an English magzine a few days ago.
Here I want to share some of my opinion. First, we should both come to a
consensus on the present situation based on the principles of negotiation.
If we could make concession for each other, controversy caused by
misunderstanding might be avoided. To look at the big picture is able to
remove a major stumbling barrier to perfect negotiation. Cultivate better
talking and replying abilities, and then your relationship can be improved.
Thus, we can overcome any trouble when getting along with others and arrive
at a win-win outcome.
